The Pressure Gauge ProfileThe Pressure Gauge housing is a large, and complex design. To achieve this complex look there are many component parts of the enclosure which are bonded
and fitted together. The side panels help to fit the 2 component pieces of plastic which form the lid of the enclosure together. In total there are 10 folds in the lid of the design making it a complex enclosure to
manufacture.
As you can see within the lid of the design there are many cut outs for LED's and switches, along with a clear window and label recesses. The base is then screwed to the bottom of the enclosure using 10
separate screws for extra security and strength. To protect the enclosure and the surface which it rests on there are 4 rubber feet also attached.
Internally this box has many fixtures and fittings which can support
all of the heavy internal electronics, including recesses to support the large circuit board.
This enclosure was made with 4mm, mid grey, ABS, course grain plastic.
