The Metal Detector Box Profile

This design is a large N2U, made from 4mm, off white, fine grain, High Impact Polystyrene. As you can see it requires many cut outs to enclose the large amount of exterior facing dials, ports, and LED's. Internally this design also needed pillars to be bonded into the box. These aided, and gave support for all of the electronics which needed to be placed in this large enclosure.

For further strength and security this design includes internal inserts bonded in place to enable the box to be screwed together when assembled. Also as this design is used in more than one application a pushout was needed.

Finally to complete the overall presentation this design included screen printing, including company name and logo which can not be seen above.
