The Video Tester Profile

The Video Tester is a medium sized enclosure, made from 4mm, light grey, fine grain, High Impact Polystyrene. As you can see this design has many visible cut outs for a series of LED's and a group of dials. The front section however is made from two removable plates. On the right hand side the plate here is plain with no cut outs, and the plate on the left has the cut outs for the dials. As these plates are removable they are therefore interchangeable, the result is that the plates can be changed depending on the application. The two side panels also have a series of machined holes for various functions such as power supply and in/out ports.

Internally there are seven pillars to support the electronics, and eight inserts for the 2 plates to be screwed into as described above. On the base there are 4 recesses machined for rubber feet to be applied.

Finally to complete the overall presentation this design includes 2 colour screen printing.
